BMW Mini Convertible R52 Sunroof Motor Unit 2004-2008

Fully rebuilt unit with an uprated Metal Drive Gear.

Part number (not required) but typically  67 61 6 961 172 / 9210450F

Fits all models of R52 Convertibles. 12 Month Warranty.

Failure of the sunroofs main plastic drive gear is a common failure.

Lack of maintenance ie not lubricating the sunroof runners results in damage inside the sunroof motor unit.

A new sunroof motor unit is £291.08 from our local BMW dealer !!

We have a more cost effective solution saving over £200 on the new price from BMW.

Our Fully rebuilt  sunroof motors are uprated with a METAL main drive gear that replaces the original soft plastic version that fails.

 The sunroof motor is supplied fully assembled. Its shown in image 1 as parts . However its supplied as a complete unit as shown in image 2

Our units are uprated and a fraction of the cost of a new unit.

Please note: The Mini sunroof will ultimately fail again if the sunroof assembly has not been correctly lubricated.Failure due to this will invalidate the 12 month warranty given by RoofMotors.
